The Grande Prairie Public School Division is beginning its transition to electronic forms.
All forms and applications, including Bus Pass Applications are now only available online through your Parent PowerSchool.
Starting Monday, September 9, 2019 you will be receiving an email from GPPSD indicating that a Form has been Assigned to your student.
To access the form, click this link: https://powerschool.gppsd.ca/public
If you are unsure of your PowerSchool Parent Portal account User Name, Click "Forgot Username or Password" to retrieve your login information. If that does not work, please contact the school office at 780-532-1321 and we can reset your password and assist you with logging in. Please DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
- Once you are logged in, click on the "School Engage" icon in the left menu at the bottom left.
- Click on "Students” in the left menu.
- Click on your student’s name.
- On the right you will see a list of forms.
- Please select “2019-2020 Registration Update Form.”
- Complete and Submit.
Links and forms work best if completed on a computer or laptop. Mobile devices may not display correctly.
If you have an email address on file with the school and you haven’t received an email for a form titled “2019-2020 Registration Update Form” by Wednesday, September 11, 2019 please check your Junk Mail folder in your email.
If the email is not in your Junk Mail folder please contact the school.
If the email was delivered to your “Junk Mail” folder you can re-categorize it as “non junk” to ensure future emails are delivered to your “inbox”.
