📚 Learning Updates
We have been as busy as little elves lately! Last week, we imagined that we were applying to work at North Pole as elves and had to write a letter explaining what job we would like to do and why we would be good at that particular job. We also spent time in our "workshop" (art room) creating gifts and cards for our families. As part of our kindness mission this month, we completed drawings to send to various seniors homes in our community. The students of 3F really enjoyed being creative, sharing kindness, and thinking of others this past week! 🎨
🎶 Science - We completed a week full of sound and hearing experiments! We explored paper cup telephones, tuning forks, glasses filled with different levels of water, ruler guitars, and rubber band music boxes. These experiments helped us learn many interesting facts about sound, such as slow vibrations cause low pitches and fast vibrations cause high pitches. We have also been building a file folder lapbook to compile all of our learning!
